Cabin Crew Management

Cabin Crew Management is one of the most glamorous and rewarding careers in the aviation industry. Cabin crew members — also known as flight attendants or air hostesses/stewards — are responsible for the safety, comfort, and overall in-flight experience of passengers aboard commercial aircraft. They are the face of every airline and play a vital role in ensuring that every journey is safe, pleasant, and memorable.

Course Overview

The Cabin Crew Management course offered through Aviation JEE is a comprehensive training program that prepares students for a dynamic career in airline cabin services. The curriculum blends theoretical knowledge with practical training covering aircraft safety procedures, first aid, passenger handling, communication, grooming, and cross-cultural etiquette. Students undergo mock aircraft drills, emergency evacuation exercises, and customer service simulations at state-of-the-art training facilities. Upon successful completion, candidates are equipped to apply for cabin crew positions with domestic and international airlines.
